An entire grocery store selling only frozen food. What an amazing idea. This could dangerously derail my attempts at learning how to cook!

Theory is more important. If it makes sense in theory, then it must work in practice and they'll find a way to do it.
The store owner is always right, not the customer. Remember that.
Not "bisou-ing" (french cheek kiss-kiss) everyone in the room when you walk in, whether you know them or not, is considered really rude.
"Bonjour" (at least, if not more) is mandatory every time you walk into any kind of store or place of business.
Don't smile at people on the street, they'll find you suspicious.
Always cross your sevens, otherwise they'll think they're ones.
